After over 36 years in the Indian Foreign Service. Government of India. Ambassador Rathore served in various capacities around the globe including as Counselor in the Permanent Mission of India to the United Nations in New York. He also served as India's High Commissioner to Malaysia and Australia and was India's Ambassador to Cuba, Iran and Egypt. He has a legal background and is a member of the Delhi Bar Council. He is on the panel of arbitrators of the Indian Council of Arbitration and a member of FICCI Arbitration and Conciliation Tribunal (FACT).

Gautam Philip, Managing Director and CEO of JMD Consultants Pvt Ltd schooled at the prestigious Doon School in Dehra Dun, India and graduated from St. Stephen's College, Delhi, India. After his M.A from Emmanuel College Cambridge University (UK) he went on to Gray's Inn to quality as a lawyer. He is a Barrister-at-Law from Gray's Inn and Supreme Court of India.

Executive Vice President
Vivek Berry has been working with JMD Consultants Pvt. Limited for the past 15 years. After receiving his F.C.A, he worked for Price Waterhouse. Subsequently he floated his own accounting firm prior to joining JMD Consultants Pvt. Ltd. He brings with him vast experience in the field of Currency, Management, & Finance.

Sr. Vice President
Madhav Lokur, a veteran of 35 years in the Airline Industry, completed his tenure as Regional Director - Europe, Air India based in Pans. Mr. Lokur has a MBA from Motilal Nehru Institute of Research and Business Administration. He has brought a wealth of experience in various aspects of the Airline Industry like General Management, Marketing and Public Relations, Airport Handling etc.
RAVI KRISHNAN
Chief Financial Officer
Ravi Krishnan worked as a Financial Officer with the sister concern 'Interpress Publishers Private Limited' before shifting to JMD Consultants Pvt. Ltd. as Chief Financial Officer. He received his B.Com and subsequently trained in Accountancy from Ram Narian & Co. He brings a strong finance background and experience in accounts and administration.

Dr Krishnadas Nair, First Professional Engineer to become Chairman and C.E.O of Hindustan Aeronautics Limited. Transformed HAL into a globally competent aerospace Industry through long term strategic plan with strong R&D, diversification, export, industry academy, interaction and work culture based on ethics and team work with 10 fold for business and substantially profits. LED design and development of Advanced Light Helicopter, new Jet trainer and Light Armed Helicopter and initiated development of High altitude Helicopter, Multi role Transport Aircraft, advanced materials & technologies and aerospace equipment. Founded the Society of Indian Aerospace Technologies & Industries (SIATI) and stimulated small medium and large private sector industries to indigenously develop aerospace equipment. VICE ADMIRAL S.K. CHAND
PVSM, AVSM (Retd.)
Vice Admiral S.K Chand retired as the Vice Chief of Naval Staff in November 1995. Prior to this he was the Flag Officer Commanding-in-Chief of the Southern Naval Command. He was awarded the AVSM for distinguished service in January 1993 and PVSM in January 1986 for most distinguished service.

Mark Runacres is Senior Adviser to JMD Consultants Pvt. Ltd. After twenty five years in the British Diplomatic Service, with postings in Paris, New York and latterly as Deputy British High Commissioner to India (2002-2006), Mark is now on special leave in Delhi. He holds various senior appointments in the private sector, including as me India Adviser for the Confederation of British Industry.
WING COMMANDER MANDIP SINGH (Retd.)
Wg Cdr (R) Mandip Singh graduated in Engineering from IIT Chennai In 1969 and thereafter joined the Indian Air force. He served in the IAF till 1986 in various capacities and was flying helicopters and transport aircraft. He is a post graduate of the Defense Service Staff College, and has also served in the Cabinet Secretariat. In 1986 he joined Pawan Hans Helicopters Limited on deputation from the IAF and continued as Head of Marketing, Planning and Engineering Departments.
